About Rachel Asare Yeboah

Neuropsychology, Clinical and School Psychology

Rachel Asare Yeboah is thrilled to be part of the Edcommodate team, offering psychoeducational assessments to individuals across the lifespan—children, adolescents, and adults—both in person and virtually. With over 20 years of experience and registration with the College of Psychologists of Ontario, Rachel brings a wealth of expertise in neuropsychology, psychoeducational assessment, and vocational rehabilitation.

Rachel specializes in comprehensive, evidence-based evaluations for learning disabilities, ADHD, intellectual and developmental disorders, executive functioning challenges, and complex social-emotional and mental health presentations. Her assessments seamlessly integrate standardized cognitive and academic testing with evaluation of memory, attention, processing speed, and emotional functioning. She is dedicated to delivering clear, practical reports that support individualized education planning (IEPs), accommodations, and targeted interventions.

Rachel’s practice is grounded in collaboration, cultural responsiveness, and trauma-informed care. She works closely with educators, families, and interdisciplinary professionals to ensure that assessment findings translate into meaningful, school-based and functional supports. Rachel is also a Canadian Certified Vocational Evaluator/Fellow (CCVE-F), with extensive experience supporting individuals facing psychological, cognitive, and physical barriers to academic and vocational success.

Rachel is passionate about the transformative power of psychoeducational assessments in helping clients of all ages unlock their unique strengths and reach their fullest potential. She is dedicated to guiding children, adolescents, and adults through a supportive and collaborative assessment process whether in person or virtually so they can gain a deeper understanding of their learning profiles, cognitive abilities, and emotional needs. By providing individualized, evidence-based recommendations, Rachel empowers clients and their families to make informed decisions, access appropriate supports, and embrace practical strategies for academic, social, and personal growth.
