Our assessment services are provided and overseen by members of our team of registered psychologists with advanced training in developmental and learning disabilities. They have extensive experience working with people of all ages, from young children to adults, and are skilled in understanding not only learning and development, but also behaviour, social-emotional functioning, executive functioning, and conditions like ADHD and autism. Our psychoeducational assessment process consists of documentation collection, clinical interviews, and psychological testing batteries that are evidence-based and adhere to established best practices in psychological assessment. Each assessment results in a comprehensive report summarizing findings and, when applicable, diagnoses. Our process concludes with a feedback session, where we work collaboratively with individuals and families to ensure results are clearly explained, translated into actionable next steps, and meet documentation and validation requirements for schools, workplaces, and healthcare providers. If anything is ever unclear following a feedback session and review of a report, an additional follow-up session is scheduled with the psychologist.
