Nethnie Nandadasa

Nethnie is a psychometrist with over three years of experience in psychological assessment. She completed her Bachelor of Science (Honours) in Psychology and her Master of Arts in School and Applied Child Psychology at Western University. She is currently pursuing her PhD in School and Applied Child Psychology.

Nethnie has experience working with individuals from diverse backgrounds and is dedicated to a collaborative, client-centered approach. She is committed to fostering a supportive and respectful environment where clients feel comfortable and understood throughout the assessment process.

Nethnie is passionate about the transformative potential of psychoeducational assessments to provide meaningful insights into an individual’s strengths and areas for growth. In her role, she supports the assessment process through data collection and test administration, working closely with clinicians, families, and educators to help inform evidence-based recommendations that promote academic, social, and emotional well-being.
