Dr. Syb Pongracic received her doctorate (Ph.D.) from Ryerson University. She is a registered clinical psychologist with the College of Psychologists of Ontario. She is a CBT-certified clinician by the Canadian Association of Cognitive and Behavioural Therapies
Dr. Pongracic conducts psychoeducational assessments, gifted assessments, psychovocational, and psychodiagnostic assessments in children, adolescents, and adults. She has conducted over 500 psychoeducational assessments for private clients, colleges, and universities. Dr. Pongracic has helped students obtain accommodations for standard tests for admission to law school, medical school, graduate school, dental hygiene, and aptitude tests (e.g., MCAT, LSAT. GRE, SAT). She has written recommendations for adults whose ADHD symptoms were interfering with their work efficiency such as completing tasks, difficulty focusing, distractibility, and procrastination.
Dr. Pongracic obtained her Ph.D. at Ryerson University in Toronto, Canada. She completed a pre-doctoral clinical internship at the Centre for Addictions and Mental Health (Canada’s largest mental health institution) and the counselling centre at the University of Toronto. She continued as a staff psychologist at CAMH in the Mood and Anxiety Ambulatory Service, where she provided individual and group therapy. She was involved as a consultant and supervisor to psychology residents and mental health allied clinicians in the Ontario Structured Psychotherapy program, which provided broad services to individuals who experienced anxiety, depression, OCD, and trauma. Dr. Pongracic has worked in private practice throughout her clinical training and for herself after receiving her license in Ontario, Canada.
Lital is passionate about helping adults get the support they need. She is excited to be a part of the Edcommodate team and provide the highest quality psychoeducational assessments and Accommodation Assessments to adults aged 18-50 years of age in Mississauga, Ontario. With the support of the Edcommodate team, Lital Grinberg will be able to assist many individuals to rule out or diagnose ADHD, learning Disabilities, as well as delays in thinking.
The Edcommodate team will begin conducting psychoeducational assessments for students, 12 – 17 years old in elementary and secondary school, and Accommodation assessments for adults in College, University, and trades school as well as working professionals aged 18 – 50 years old in Mississauga, Ontario in September of 2022.
